Administration department is backbone of a hospital. An effective administrator is an asset to an organization. It is the link between hospital's various departments and ensures the smooth flow of information from one part to the other. 
This Department ensures the efficient performance of all departments in hospital. 
Medical Superintendent (MS) acts as a connecting link between the senior management and the employees. He provides motivation to the work force and make them realize the goals of the hospital.
MS Day-to-day activities that are related to financial planning, record keeping & billing, personnel, physical distribution and logistics, within a hospital.


The business functions of a finance department include planning, organizing, auditing, accounting for and controlling hospital’s finances. The finance department also usually produces financial statements.


This Department ensures the most appropriate treatment is being delivered to patients and work closely with medical and nursing staff on wards.
Hospital pharmacists can offer information on potential side effects and check that medicines are compatible with existing medication. They will often also monitor the effects of treatments to ensure that they are proving effective, safe and appropriate to the patient.
This Department is also responsible for monitoring the supply of all medicines used in the hospital and are in charge of purchasing, manufacturing, dispensing and quality testing their medication stock


It is pivotal in deploying an effective Annual Buying Plan, leveraging robust forecasting, market analysis, purchasing processes, and cost reduction methodologies.

The Maintenance Department has always been crucial in maintaining the Hospital’s physical environment and providing maintenance services towards the goal of achieving excellence in the delivery of quality healthcare and patient service. 
The Hospital environment is growing and the increased level of service demands on maintenance. Department has served as catalyst in undertaking initiatives and accomplishing the same to optimal satisfaction.
The department provides round the clock emergent maintenance service to the hospital as well as carries out all required planned maintenance. 
The department is also working to enhance professional standards to manage the equipment work flow, meet the quality objectives and support the patient care.

Information Technology

IT department is there to provide information technology services required by virtually every departments/Section/Unit/Use (data center operations, network services, business application development and maintenance, end user support for personal computers and laptops, project coordination, and contract reviews for the hospital’s providers).
