🧬 Clinico-Pathological Conference (CPC) — PGMI / AMC / LGH The Clinico-Pathological Conference (CPC) was held on Friday, 17th October 2025 organized by the Department of Surgery, and Department of Medicine PGMI / AMC / LGH. Two insightful clinical cases were discussed: 🔹 “When Steel Meets the Left Ventricle: A Posterior Cardiac Wound Case” — by Dr. Amna Tariq (PGR) and Dr. Taimoor Shah (Senior Registrar), Surgical Unit-I 🔹 “A Lady with Weakness in All Four Limbs” — by Prof. Dr. Farah Shafi and Dr. Asra Ghaffar (PGR), Medical Unit-I Worthy Principal, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Farooq Afzal, who commended the presenters and faculty for maintaining high academic standards and promoting a culture of clinical inquiry and inter-departmental learning. He remarked that such CPCs are vital for enhancing diagnostic reasoning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice, which ultimately translate into better patient care. Faculty members, postgraduate residents, and Final-Year MBBS students participated with great interest, reflecting the vibrant academic spirit of PGMI / AMC / LGH.
