🌿 World Mental Health Day — October 10 🌿 Every year, October 10 is observed globally as World Mental Health Day to raise awareness about mental well-being and to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. This year’s WHO theme is: “Access to Services , Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies.” Mental health challenges are increasingly common — 1 in every 5 people is suffering from mental health issues yet, awareness and access to care remain limited.
