Pink October – Breast Cancer Awareness Day at Lahore General Hospital 🎀 🎗 In connection with Pink October, a Breast Cancer Awareness Walk was organized at Lahore General Hospital under the auspices of Gynae Unit-II and the Department of General Surgery to highlight the importance of early detection and prevention of breast cancer. Prof. Dr. Arshad Cheema and Prof. Dr. Sumayya Malik graced the event as guests of honour. Principal Prof. Dr. Farooq Afzal appreciated the initiative and emphasized that breast cancer awareness, early diagnosis, and timely intervention can save countless lives. He acknowledged the efforts of the organizing teams for spreading this vital message of hope and prevention.
