Hospital Committee Meeting under the Chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Farooq Afzal, Principal, PGMI/AMC/LGH was held in the Committee Room dated June 23, 2025 at 09:00 AM. Agenda of the meeting: • Sehat Saholat Card implementation • Budget allocation status/utilization • ER Departments updates • OPD management • Diagnosis & Radiology services • Update by Dr. Yahya Sultan about theatres Administrative Staff of LGH including MS, all AMSs and DMSs attended the meeting. Meeting started with recitation from the Holy Quran. In his opening remarks, Principal Prof. Dr Farooq Afzal encouraged all members to set goals/objectives for efficient & effective delivery. He further asserted follow KPIs to judge the progress of modules/projects.
